I have an early 2015 MB Air 11' and need to install Windows 10 under boot camp. No USB as it is not needed based on Boot Camp not providing options. Once Windows 10 tries to install, I get a message that drivers are missing and locate them before installation can continue. There is nothing to choose, or at least I have no idea what folder to select if there are any available.

Since I cannot select a driver, the installation is unable to continue. I wanted to install W10 64bit but I get a message that only W10 32b is allowed. This forces me to go back to the install page/window. Then I'm stuck and must quit out of the installer. This leaves the partition in place however inaccessible by the MacOS. I have had to re-partition the hard drive 6 times now, all to no avail.

This is business critical for me, so I am completely stressed by these issues.
