Why you should downgrade your iOS 12.1.4 to iOS 12.1.3 / 12.1.1 beta ?

Few days ago Apple has relesed their latest iOS version iOS 12.1.4. But the latest Jailbreak released for now is giving it's support only for iOS 12 - iOS 12.1.2. Some of may think why we should downgrade to iOS 12.1.1 when we can downgrade it to iOS 12.1.2. The thing is, Apple has stopped signing for iOS 12.1.2. Step Guide of Downgrading

Before you start the process you MUST check these basic requirememt's avaialbility.

  2. Sufficient Battery(50%)
  3. Your USB cable
  4. A computer
  5. Latest iTunes installed in your computer
  6. Relevant iOS 12.1.3 or iOS 12.1.1 beta 3 IPSW file that has been created and released for the device that you want to be downgrading on. You can download iOS 12.1.3 from here.
Let's start.

Step 1 - First of all, turn off your device's Find My iPhone feature (Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone).

Step 2 - Download the relavent IPSW file for your device. You can download the right iOS 12.1.1 beta and iOS 12.1.3 beta IPSW file for your specific device from here

Step 3 - Use USB cable to connect your device to the computer and ensure that iTunes launches. Now put the connected device into DFU or Recovery mode. For iPhone 7 users, you must press and hold the Sleep/Wake button + Volume Down button for 10 seconds.
Non-iPhone 7 users should hold down the Power and Home button for 10 seconds, then release the Power button but ensuring that Home button is still pressed.
iTunes will provide an alert saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode.

Step 4 - Now, in iTunes, press and hold the Option key (Mac), or SHIFT key (Windows), and select the Restore iPhone option in the main device window.

Step 5 - Select the relavent iOS IPSW file from your computer that you want to downgrade to.

Step 6 - iTunes will then restore the iOS 12.1.x firmware file to the device. After this Apple's Hello screen will appear allowing you to set your device up to your needs.
